In mid-august we (Nina and Gregor) stopped for two days in Nnudu during our Ghana trip. We wanted to gain information over the constitution of the water pipe-network and talk with the inhabitants over their current concerns. Amongst others we talked to the three young men, who receive support for their education, about their experiences of the first year. We were welcomed very warmly and felt very comfortable during our stay in Nnudu. It was a great experience for us to see the incredible achievements made by the people of Nnudu with the support from Aktiv fuer Afrika e.V.

Some impressions:

Currently, Marianne and Lothar are again on the spot and take care of some minor maintenance work and the preparation for solar power supply in 2012. More information will be presented after their return.
